Shipping policy

Domestic:

For domestic orders we charge as per weight, please see the exact shipping cost during checkout.

International:

1. For international orders we charge as per weight, please see the exact shipping cost during checkout.
2. Custom and import duties might have to be paid by customer in their respective country.
3. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track your order on the shipping agent’s site.

Delivery time:  2-3 Days for Ready to ship Products, 3-5 weeks for made on order products, if the product is made on order (for a quicker response email us at ethnicelegance91@gmail.com)

These are made to order pieces, order once placed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
